We all need to ask Aldes why he has almost completely turned over to Erik Skoog, who left Local 120 under a cloud of misuse of union resources, the decision-making at Teamsters Local 320. It appears that Skoog is consolidating power against Aldes, who is just too obtuse to figure that out. Apparently the rest of the executive board is just standing aside letting it happen.

Teamsters 320 Brian Aldes, more money, less time for us

Brian Aldes has announced his addition to the Vairma 2021 Slate to replace Hoffa. Steve Vairma is Secretary Treasurer of Denver Local 455, President of Joint Council 3 and Western Region International Vice President. A Hoffa crony vying for Hoffa's spot.

As many of us know Brian is already hard to find, like when our computer system was down for days and he was partying up at Cragun's. He has so little time for members that 11 groups, yes, 11 recently decertified Teamsters 320.

If he's that short on time with his Secretary-Treasurer job and his spot on Joint Council 32 how will he find time for us and a grueling National Campaign?

Brian your first duty is to the members who pay your multiple salaries! Or is that the real plan? To follow your friend the cheating Ken Hall in exploiting even more loop holes for even more stacked salaries?

Steve Vairma, if you want to have a fighting chance of winning, we recommend cutting the anchor known as Brian Aldes loose. He will only weigh you down.

For a grand total of $269,800!

But wait there's more!

But wait, Teamsters 320 (you the member) also pays both sides of his 401K.

Seriously Brian, it's October 16th the Teamsters 320 website with all of our contracts has been down nearly 2 weeks.

Members can't access the site. Stewards can't access the site to file grievances because they can't read the contracts.

You're the goddamn Teamsters and you can't get your website up? Maybe pay an IT person? Maybe with your excessive salaries you can't afford to?

No business would survive if their website was down more than a day. But we're locked into contracts with mandatory dues taken out, even if we are receiving no service.

Hell you're not even answering the phones! We call and get no father than the receptionist! The BA's won't even return calls.

Maybe you're all on another junket with our dues and don't even know the computers are down.

No wonder you have opposition.

Take this to the bank, even if you manage to hang on through the E Board election, we will come for you at the National!

Teamsters 320 Brian Aldes' Recording Secretary angers a City!

Only a member of Teamsters 320 Brian Aldes team could anger the entire city of Tower!

The Timberjay Newspaper is reporting that Teamster 320 Recording-Secretary Erik Skoog has angered Tower Minnesota.

Some excerpts include:

...The council has already had experience with Mr. Skoog, and it hasn’t reflected well on him or the Teamsters union he represents....

...Mr. Skoog has made false accusations and used profanity and other abusive language toward the council. He accused the mayor of leaking information from a closed meeting when, in fact, it was Mr. Skoog who inadvertently leaked the information by shooting his mouth off publicly without thinking.

Mr. Skoog and the clerk-treasurer might like to think they run the city of Tower, but that’s not how it’s supposed to work.

Teamster Boss Brian Aldes must be very important! 

He draws 3 Teamster salaries.

One from Teamster 320, one from Joint Council 32 and one from Teamsters International for a grand total of $269,800 a year!  That's a lot of dues! (*Source Gov forms 990 filed by 320 and LM2 filed by International)

The difference between Brian Aldes salary and the average dues paying member is as great as the difference between  CEO pay and employee pay of a major corporation!

By comparison MN Gov. Tim Walz annual salary 

is only $120,303!
